Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia hosting CP is a standard tool only in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and is supplied for free. With Hepsia you can host unlimited website names in a single hosting user account. This is possible because of Hepsia's efficient Domain Manager section. The other web hosting Control Panel devices, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are available only with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you must have 2 autonomous hosting account logins. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain registration/transfer/administration choices. If you go for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated hosting web server, there will be no web hosting CP opportunity.
Hosted Site Names 2 - unmetered domains can be hosted with all offered Control Panel tools, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your website names in a single web hosting user account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel setups do not provide such possibility at all - there is no Domain Manager section and for that reason they call for 2 different user account logins: 1 domain management/billing/support user account and 1 website administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will note that the Hepsia Control Panel supports Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to install it on your dedicated server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting CP platforms work solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
